Mtuzi wa Samaki is a curry of fish or vegetables cooked with tamarind and coconut which is popular along the Swahili Coast, from sleepy Zanzibar to bustling Mombasa.

Kits includes:

  • Two fillets of firm white fish such as cod or hammour (if you don’t eat fish, use thinly sliced aubergine)
  • A big onion (sliced)
